The ICUMT 2017 Workshops Committee invites proposals for half or full day workshops affiliated with the main congress. For a Workshop proposal to be considered for acceptance as a part of the ICUMT 2017, the proposed topic needs to be an emerging area in telecommunications or control systems, which is not yet fully covered in the regular sessions. The topic should be timely and significantly important to the technical audience. The proposals will be judged by the ability to introduce the area to large telecommunications and control systems community, further develop the area, and help establishing a larger research community beyond the area.
Each Workshop proposal must include the following:
Workshops’ proceedings are planned to be included into the ICUMT 2017 Congress Proceedings and will be submitted for indexing to IEEE Xplore, Scopus and Web of Science databases.
The workshop proposals should be submitted, no later than May 26, 2017, by email (in PDF format) with the subject line “ICUMT 2017 Workshop Proposal” to the ICUMT 2017 Workshops Committee (email@example.com).
June 27, 2017: The ICUMT 2018 is registered under the IEEE Conference Record #42318 (https://www.ieee.org/…s/index.html?…).
May 12, 2017: The technical co-sponsorship by IEEE Region 8 and IEEE Germany Section has been fully approved.
